Senior Web & Visual Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Web & Visual Designer to provide creative leadership and direction for our team. You will set and maintain creative standards, ensuring high-quality design output. Responsibilities include: * Reviewing work for quality assurance before delivery. * Managing the delivery process by triaging incoming requests and assigning tasks. * Collaborating with clients on key calls when needed. * Leading weekly team syncs to foster communication and alignment. * Improving briefing quality by asking better questions and providing relevant examples to enhance team productivity and design outcomes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with: 1. 5+ years of design experience with 1–3+ years leading creative teams (agency, subscription, or in-house). 2. Technical proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. 3. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). 4. Expertise in art direction, including brand judgment, typography, and composition. 5. A reviewer mindset with the ability to provide specific, actionable, and fast feedback. 6. The ability to maintain high quality under pressure and manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously. Nice-to-haves include experience in design subscriptions, high-volume studios, or production environments, motion/video direction experience (After Effects, Premiere, etc.), experience building scalable design systems or brand kits, and familiarity with project tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
