Senior Vice President, Service Delivery
Job Description
Lead Provider Centralized Service Delivery Operations, focusing on efficiency and client service. Manage new business implementation and team development. Establish and execute new processes to increase efficiency. Build and develop a high-performing leadership team. Ensure excellent client service and retention through management and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve and scale service delivery models, including automation and offshore expansion. Monitor team performance using KPIs, drive accountability, and implement performance plans. Foster a culture of engagement, transparency, and accountability. Engage with senior client stakeholders, champion security, compliance, and patient privacy. Represent Datavant as a thought leader in ROI services.
Qualifications
1. 15+ years in healthcare operations, HIM, ROI services, or related fields. 2. 10+ years in executive leadership, including oversight of large teams (2,000+). 3. Deep understanding of Provider environments, compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and healthcare workflows. 4. Demonstrated strength in management and delivering high-value service outcomes. 5. Expertise in developing and executing organizational strategies and leading transformation at scale. 6. Proficiency with operational KPIs and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). 7. Collaborative leadership style. 8. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
