Senior Value Attainment Analyst
Job Description
Take ownership of end-to-end ROI analysis for allocated accounts, managing everything from acquiring and refining data to providing final deliverables and QBR presentations. Ensure all analyses are precise, timely, and able to withstand scrutiny from health system finance teams. Contribute to and utilize Ambience's value measurement frameworks across various care settings and product lines. This includes enhancing E/M level improvement, HCC/RAF capture, coding precision, visit volume, and overall efficiency. Develop and present pre-sales pro forma models for active deals, ensuring that all value creation assumptions are both methodologically sound and based on comprehensive cross-customer benchmarking data. Maintain continuous oversight of the cross-customer value dashboard, pinpointing anomalies, setting individual account results against peer benchmarks, and delivering key insights to leadership. Work closely with Care Transformation Executives and the Sales team to convert analytical outputs into easily understandable financial narratives and concise summaries for C-Suite audiences in health systems. Define and record attribution logic for emerging value drivers, unique situations, and methodological enhancements as Ambience's product and customer base grows.
Qualifications
1. Possess 3-5 years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, healthcare consulting, or a related field, demonstrating substantial quantitative skills. 2. Demonstrate hands-on expertise with SQL and data manipulation, with the ability to manage large and complex datasets such as claims, billing, and encounter records. 3. Exhibit excellent written communication skills, capable of documenting methodology and creating outputs that are easily understood and used by cross-functional partners. 4. Have a proven history of delivering high-quality analytical work within strict deadlines in a dynamic environment. 5. Prior experience at a health tech company, RCM vendor, payer analytics team, or healthcare consulting firm is essential. 6. Healthcare finance experience, including RevCycle, FFS reimbursement, HCC/RAF, and coding capture, is highly preferred.
