Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Enhance the information architecture and usability of RealTime software applications. Collaborate with Product Managers to define problems and project scope. Develop user flows and wireframes to support new features and functionality. Build functional prototypes for discussions with customers and internal stakeholders. Establish a consistent feedback loop with both customers and internal stakeholders. Conduct concept validation sessions and usability tests. Decompose complex features into manageable segments that benefit customers and facilitate iterative development. Clearly present your work to internal stakeholders, explaining your process and reasoning.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in a B2B setting. 2. Strong presentation skills to educate internal stakeholders and customers on new features. 3. Proficiency with modern design tools, such as Figma. 4. Experience creating design patterns for style and interaction based on data and industry best practices. 5. A user-centric approach, prioritizing user needs for success in their roles. 6. A passion for developing user-friendly software applications that empower users. 7. A collaborative mindset, valuing diverse perspectives. 8. High creativity and autonomy. 9. A portfolio showcasing your B2B work and demonstrating your design process and outcomes.
