Senior UX Designer – Senior Care

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to enhance our healthcare platform. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. - Creating detailed mockups to effectively communicate functionality and design concepts. - Refining user personas and mapping user journeys to optimize the user experience. - Championing user experience design best practices across the organization. - Collaborating with Product Management to iterate on strategic execution based on user insights and feedback. - Working closely with Engineers and QA teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. Proven experience with Data Governance, Risk, and Compliance or Regulatory teams. 2. A strong eye for visual design and attention to detail. 3. Experience with AI prototyping tools to explore and validate design concepts. 4. Flawless attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of designs. 5. Experience procuring qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. 6. Experience working in an agile environment. 7. Expertise with established and emerging design practices. 8. The ability to manage competing priorities effectively. 9. A passion for helping others and fostering relationships throughout the organization. 10. Creative and analytical mindsets to approach design challenges. 11. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. 12. Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe, Protopie, etc. 13. Experience in usability testing and analytics platforms.
