Senior UX Designer

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior UX Designer and play a pivotal role in elevating the job seeker experience at BOLD. You will lead and mentor team members, ensuring excellence across all localized markets. Contribute to the growth of the UX team by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices. Define interaction models, user task flows, create hi-fidelity mockups using UI Kits, and develop UI specifications for smooth handoffs. Maintain design consistency using UI kits and design systems, and develop an International Team-oriented internal file structure for custom components. Validate design solutions through usability testing and incorporate user research findings into designs. Collaborate on the design process, drive decisions, and track issues to produce outstanding work. Engage in collaborative design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Communicate design choices effectively to stakeholders, balancing customer needs with design principles. Experiment with AI-driven tools to optimize design workflows and streamline the design-to-code transition.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of design leadership experience, balancing hands-on expertise in UX/product design with the ability to lead and inspire small teams while managing scalable UI libraries. 2. Strategic design competence, demonstrated by solving complex user problems, aligning solutions with business objectives, and building confidence in the design direction. 3. A portfolio showcasing strategic design thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and high-fidelity deliverables within the SaaS space across web and mobile ecosystems. 4. Expert-level Figma proficiency (Variables, Advanced Auto-layout, and Tokens) to uphold established processes and set higher standards for high-performance component libraries. 5. Exceptional communication skills to articulate, present, and gain buy-in for design ideas from diverse stakeholders. 6. English language proficiency (C1 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. 7. Flexible working hours are offered; however, afternoon/evening availability is needed to collaborate with the US team.
