Senior User Experience Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Engineer to refine our user interface, making it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing for our telehealth software. Key responsibilities include: 1. Overhauling the current user interface to enhance user experience. 2. Conducting in-depth user research to understand audience needs and preferences. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design strategies. 4. Designing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate interface concepts. 5. Evaluating and analyzing the existing UI to identify areas for improvement. 6. Streamlining complex workflows and information architecture. 7. Ensuring design aligns with the company's brand identity. 8. Conducting usability testing sessions for design validation. 9. Staying updated with UX design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: 1. Proven experience as a User Experience Designer or similar, with a strong UX project portfolio. 2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. 3. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. 4. Familiarity with software development processes. 5. Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions to stakeholders. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
