Senior User Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Take charge of paid user acquisition with a strategic plan to achieve key performance indicators. Develop a scalable UA system using Google Ads and other platforms. Focus on achieving goals with resources and guidance, removing obstacles for tangible results. Establish scalable creative testing frameworks to identify winning creatives and replicate success. Manage budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend. Direct the creative team, forecast asset delivery, write technical requirements, and collaborate with Growth. Analyze metrics related to lifetime value, monetization, and web funnels. Utilize SQL and dashboards for data analysis.
Qualifications
1. Experience in medical verticals under strict policy regulations is a strong advantage. 2. Deep knowledge of the Google Ads tech stack. Fluency in other platforms is a plus. 3. Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets ($300k+/mo). 4. US market expertise: understanding of the landscape, benchmarks, and playbook. 5. Hands-on experience with web funnels. 6. Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent) and tracking platforms (GA4, AppsFlyer or equivalent). 7. Comfortable diving into Looker, Superset, or similar for data analysis. 8. Ability to adapt to changing roadmaps and build solutions for new problems. 9. Ability to sell ideas to cross-functional teams and negotiate priorities with stakeholders. 10. Not a yes-person; willing to challenge the manager and flag broken processes. 11. Understanding of how UA affects LTV, product retention, and the business bottom line. 12. Business owner mindset, with media buying skills.
