Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and delivery of user-centered digital experiences. This role involves owning the entire UX/UI lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation to detailed design, validation, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will: 1. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups for both web and mobile platforms. 2. Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating these insights into effective design decisions. 3. Work closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams across different regions to ensure alignment of UX with overall business goals. 4. Effectively present and defend design concepts and rationale, gaining stakeholder buy-in through clear and persuasive communication. 5. Continuously monitor user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to iterate on designs and drive ongoing improvements after launch. 6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior UI/UX designers, offering constructive feedback, design reviews, and support for their professional development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with: 1. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, specifically for web and mobile applications. 2. A strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodologies. 3. Advanced proficiency in Figma, along with experience using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software. 4. A proven track record of creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, personas, user journeys, and comprehensive UX documentation. 5. A solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles, including WCAG standards. 6. Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders. 7. The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. 8. A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
