Senior TPM Portfolio Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end data center delivery across data center builds. You will own schedule, scope, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring seamless execution from design to commissioning. Responsibilities include building and managing integrated EPC schedules, driving critical path execution and recovery plans, and leading weekly execution reviews. The successful candidate will align engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning, eliminate gaps between design intent and field execution, and resolve technical interfaces. Additional tasks involve tracking long-lead equipment, mitigating supply chain risks, working with general contractors and trades, and ensuring sites are operational. Early risk identification, concise updates to leadership, and solution-oriented escalations are essential.

Qualifications

1. 8-15+ years in data center or mission-critical infrastructure delivery. 2. Experience in EPC or owner-side delivery. 3. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. 4. Proven ability to deliver on aggressive schedules. 5. Comfortable operating in ambiguity. 6. Strong field presence and technical depth.
