Senior Territory Manager, Eyecare

Job Description

Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed expectations. Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations for continuous sales performance improvement. Effectively address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, consistently securing logical calls to action to close sales. Proactively aspire to fulfill customer needs and expectations to build trusted relationships and achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Develop and execute call plans that optimize coverage and frequency to maximize access and sales opportunities. Continuously understand customer needs, market landscape, competitors, and disease/product expertise, sharing insights with the team. Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and cultivate relationships with disease state experts to maximize brand performance.

Qualifications

1. Comply with all governmental and legal certification requirements as per country laws and regulations. 2. Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent. 3. Proven success in selling and strong presentation skills. 4. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive landscape. 5. Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools with strategic thinking capabilities. 6. Proactively adapts selling approach to customer style and behavior. 7. Operates effectively in a matrix environment. 8. Experience in sales performance within therapeutic areas (preferred). 9. Commercial pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred). 10. English language proficiency (for non-English speaking countries).
