Senior Technical Solutions Engineer
Job Description
As a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, you will: - Take ownership of the end-to-end process of triaging and investigating technical issues reported by advertisers. This involves diagnosing problems across campaign delivery, identifying platform errors, tracking failures, and resolving reporting discrepancies. - Replicate issues in staging or production environments, and meticulously document reproduction steps, logs, and root-cause analysis. - Report confirmed platform bugs to Engineering, creating well-structured tickets that prioritize impact. Ensure tickets contain fully reproduced context and supporting logs. - Develop expertise in one or more Universal Ads product domains by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, building platform knowledge, and maintaining technical depth and issue consistency. - Collaborate with Sales to diagnose issues from advertiser conversations and Zendesk tickets, providing technically sound and client-friendly responses. - Work with Product and Engineering to transform platform failures into actionable improvements through bug fixes, technical resolutions, and documentation updates. - Monitor recurring issue patterns to proactively identify systemic problems before they escalate. - Create and maintain internal documentation, including troubleshooting guides, product playbooks, and known issue logs for Customer Support and Product teams.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, platform support, QA, or software engineering, preferably within digital advertising, CTV, or adtech. 2. Proficiency in working with logs, data queries, and debugging tools to investigate technical bugs and issues. 3. Proven ability to adapt internal technical findings into client-appropriate messaging, balancing accuracy with clarity and sensitivity. 4. Solid technical foundation in SQL, web-based technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, web-based pixel implementation), and familiarity with APIs. 5. Experience collaborating with technical teams across product, engineering, and QA. 6. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
