Senior Technical PM – iOS

Job Description

Take ownership of the complete product roadmap for our iOS consumer application, from initial concept to launch on the App Store. Confidently and accurately navigate App Store guidelines, review processes, and release cycles. Work directly with engineering teams to define technical specifications, assess architectural decisions, and facilitate delivery. Use insights from data and user research to identify possibilities, validate theories, and assess impact. Integrate features driven by AI into the user experience, from idea to final product. Work with design to ensure the product is both technically robust and offers an amazing user experience. Present the product in cross-functional planning, stakeholder meetings, and executive briefings.

Qualifications

1. Advantageous to have experience in the Cosmetics / Beauty sector. 2. Established success as a Senior PM or higher, responsible for shipping iOS apps used by consumers. 3. In-depth understanding of the Apple App Store, including submission procedures, guidelines, review cycles, and optimization strategies. 4. Possess practical coding abilities in either Python or Java, with the capability to comprehend, compose, and critically evaluate code. 5. Experience in implementing AI functionalities within a consumer product environment. 6. Strong B2C product insights, emphasizing retention, engagement, and enhancing user experience. 7. Adaptable to working in dynamic, early-stage product settings. 8. It is essential to have previous experience working remotely and proficiency with tools that facilitate remote teamwork, such as Slack, Zoom, or Google Workspace.
