Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles, spanning from junior to leadership positions. Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, X-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards. Craft personalized outreach messages to maximize candidate conversion rates. Evaluate initial candidate suitability, assessing alignment with the role, seniority, and motivation before handing off to recruiters. Manage candidate engagement, promptly address inquiries, and verify genuine interest. Provide recruiters with interview-ready candidates, accompanied by concise and well-structured summaries. Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and candidate status within the ATS/CRM system. Continuously refine sourcing strategies to enhance speed and quality through experimentation and iterative improvements. Share insights on market trends, sourcing strategies, and talent availability with the recruiting team.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing. 2. Demonstrated expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques. 3. Proven ability to source candidates quickly and efficiently across diverse roles and organizational levels. 4. Exceptional written communication skills for crafting personalized candidate outreach messages. 5. Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems. 6. Experience sourcing candidates on a global scale (e.g., US, EU). 7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. English proficiency sufficient for professional candidate communication (at least B2).
