Job Description

Lead the creation and enhancement of a unified talent management framework, focusing on performance, growth, succession planning, and leadership development. Design innovative and practical tools and systems. Ensure programs are user-friendly and impactful for leaders. Offer clear guidelines for effective execution. Collect feedback to drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators to measure program success. Refine career pathways and development strategies. Implement iterative improvements based on evolving business demands. Collaborate with People Business Partners (PBPs) to identify organizational opportunities. Establish clear reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of talent programs.

Qualifications

1. 6-10+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development. 2. Proven experience in designing talent programs. 3. Strong program management skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of talent strategies. 5. Experience partnering with People Business Partners (PBPs). 6. Strong understanding of modern talent practices. 7. Excellent communication and influencing skills. 8. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
