Job Description

Join Vultr as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent to fuel our growth. You will strategically identify passive candidates for diverse corporate roles, including Engineering, GTM, Infrastructure Operations, Security, and Accounting & Finance. Your responsibilities include assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience, managing the entire recruitment process with urgency, and owning compensation discussions to ensure successful hires. As a brand ambassador, you will build strong candidate relationships, develop job descriptions, and partner with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. You will also monitor recruiting best practices and continuously improve our recruitment process.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a successful Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency). 2. Experience sourcing for GTM and/or Highly Technical positions within a high-tech company is essential. 3. Ability to quickly understand role requirements, whether Technical, GTM, or other. 4. Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby and LinkedIn. 5. Ability to manage compensation conversations and presentations effectively. 6. Excellent communication and professionalism, with strong relationship-building skills. 7. Experience in meeting or exceeding metrics-driven expectations. 8. A professional, process-oriented, and driven attitude. 9. Soft skills: Flexible, team player, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and strong decision-making skills. 10. Education: BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business, or related field.
