Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle for technical positions, focusing on Software Development, Cloud Operations/Architecture, Product Management, and User Experience. Consistently meet hiring goals by successfully closing engineering positions. Proactively develop sourcing strategies. Encourage hiring teams to prioritize talent acquisition. Collaborate with the hiring team to establish clear success profiles. Utilize AI throughout the recruiting process. Detect and address candidate fraud. Foster a top-notch candidate experience. Lead interview debriefs and provide guidance for making well-informed hiring choices. Serve as the go-to expert on all things recruiting.
Qualifications
1. Possess 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting within a B2B SaaS environment. 2. Demonstrate the ability to successfully fill challenging roles, such as Software Engineers, Cloud/DevOps specialists, Product Managers, and UX Designers. 3. Be highly skilled in sourcing passive candidates and building candidate pipelines from the ground up. 4. Have proven experience using AI to significantly enhance recruiting outcomes. 5. Be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with multiple competing priorities. 6. Exhibit sound judgment, decision-making skills, and creativity. 7. Possess excellent communication skills.
