Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description

S&K Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of integrated IT and cybersecurity systems. This role involves overseeing an organization's IT systems and managing a team to meet daily operational needs. As Senior Systems Engineer you will be planning and executing technology updates and providing solutions to hardware and software issues.

Qualifications

1. Requires ten years of experience in an IT-related position, IT operations, or management. 2. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field from an accredited institution is essential. 3. Must have a current driver's license and proof of U.S. citizenship. 4. Experience with application development using .NET, SQL, and Microsoft SharePoint is highly desirable. 5. Proven ability to oversee IT systems, manage staff, and provide briefings. 6. Expertise in planning, designing, developing, testing, and integrating IT infrastructure hardware and software is necessary. 7. Must be able to define system requirements for effective IT planning and execution. 8. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems. 9. Knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Storage, NIST, FISMA, and Cisco Technologies is required.
