Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to plan and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Facilitate Scrum and Kanban, remove impediments, and promote agile principles. Develop performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and progress. Translate business needs into technical specifications, diagrams, and data models. Define implementation strategies within Java and Angular, ensuring scalability and security. Resolve technical tickets, maintain system stability, and update technical documentation using UML, BPMN, and ER models. Ensure traceability of requirements, promote transparency, and optimize product delivery flow. Monitor bug resolution and demonstrate commitment to deadlines and excellence, with the ability to mediate conflicts and resolve impediments.

Qualifications

1. Open to all educational backgrounds. 2. Experience in project planning and management, including deliverables and deadlines. 3. Experience leading executive committees and presenting status reports. 4. Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK. 5. Ability to manage impediments, support team flow, and resolve blockers. 6. Experience preparing Functional Specifications and User Stories. 7. Strong experience with Java and Angular. 8. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL. 9. Experience with UML, BPMN, and system modeling tools. 10. Understanding of Software Architecture, Information Security, and QA. 11. Experience following specifications and homologation processes. 12. Understanding of agile methodology pillars and team engagement. 13. Certification in Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus.
