Job Description

Seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst specializing in System Center and App-V. You will provide crucial technical support for networks and connectivity, focusing on System Center solutions. Support asset maintenance, investigate and resolve incidents, and assist in planning, deployment, and change reviews. Provide oversight of technical support to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 5years of experience in the requested specialty. 3. Possess Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and one of the following: MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, or Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) in Core Infrastructure 2016 or higher.
