Join our team as a Senior Support Engineer! You'll provide top-notch remote support for VMware, tackling complex issues with strategic troubleshooting. Collaborate daily with users to understand their needs and drive business change. Replicate issues for in-depth analysis and resolution, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Qualifications

1. Possess 10+ years of VMware expertise across the VMware technology landscape. 2. Demonstrate deep knowledge of NSX-T and AVI Load Balancer within vSphere 7, 8, and VCF environments. 3. Exhibit expertise in VMware, including comprehensive lifecycle implementation, configuration, and administration. 4. Understand VMware maintenance/patching mechanics and architecture. 5. Have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Hold current or recent network-related certifications (CCNP/VCP-DCV).
