Job Description

Define and manage enterprise-wide Supply Chain Excellence strategies and frameworks, encompassing a global change management strategy, transformation governance models, and approaches for maturity advancement. Ensure alignment with Supply Chain and enterprise priorities. Manage a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives, responsible for strategic coherence, sequencing, value realization, and long-term capability outcomes across multiple programs and workstreams. Act as the decision authority for assigned excellence domains and initiatives, establishing guidelines, escalation thresholds, and trade-off frameworks; collaborate with the Supply Chain Excellence Lead on broader enterprise decisions. Convert enterprise strategy into operating models and standards, defining how planning, governance, execution, and performance management should function consistently across regions and functions. Develop and enhance enterprise governance mechanisms, including portfolio health, interdependency management, benefits realization, and escalation models. Ensure transparency and executive confidence in transformation outcomes. Create and maintain global change and adoption frameworks, setting expectations for how transformation is led, measured, and sustained across the Supply Chain; confirm consistent application and maturity progression. Lead enterprise-level problem-solving and scenario design, addressing complex challenges that span process, system, data, and organizational boundaries with significant business and patient impact.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree required. 2. 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or enterprise transformation roles within large, complex, global organizations. 3. Certifications in project management, LEAN/CI, or change management beneficial (PMP, Six Sigma, Prosci) preferred. 4. Demonstrated success defining and managing enterprise strategies, frameworks, or operating models, not just delivering programs. 5. Proven responsibility for portfolio-level outcomes spanning multiple initiatives, regions, and functions. 6. Track record of acting as a decision authority within defined domains, influencing executive-level outcomes.
