Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, where you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies, ensuring the best contractual conditions and internal customer satisfaction. You will oversee large suppliers and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), ensuring compliance with SLAs and acting as the primary point of contact for service level issues and their resolution. Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years' significant experience in the Sourcing & Supplier Management 2. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college
