Job Description

Take ownership of Deel's worldwide strategic alliance with Oracle, acting as the main point of contact for Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, and NetSuite business divisions. Strengthen connections with Oracle's worldwide alliances, sales, ISV, and product leadership teams by developing strong executive relationships. Create and implement a joint go-to-market plan with Oracle to generate qualified leads, co-sell revenue, and ensure shared customer success. Locate and assess co-sell prospects with Oracle's global enterprise field teams, managing agreements to closure in conjunction with Deel's sales team. Educate Oracle's sellers, partner ecosystem, and system integrators on Deel's platform, use cases, and value proposition. Negotiate and oversee co-selling agreements, joint marketing initiatives, and technology integration strategies. Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership KPIs, such as influenced ARR, partner-sourced pipeline, and joint client wins. Work with Deel's sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to meet partnership commitments across departments. Globally represent Deel at Oracle events, partner summits, and executive business reviews. Watch Oracle's product strategy and roadmap to discover new integration and co-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise software. 2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem, particularly with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, or NetSuite. 3. Possess a history of creating and expanding global technology partnerships that produce quantifiable, consistent income. 4. Experience co-selling with and through major enterprise software vendors on a global scale. 5. Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships at the VP and C-suite levels. 6. Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills. 7. Capability to function autonomously in a high-growth, fast-paced setting across numerous time zones. 8. Experience in or adjacent to HR technology, payroll, workforce management, or global employment is an advantage. 9. Ability to travel overseas for partner events, executive meetings, and customer engagements. 10. Must be fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is encouraged, especially for candidates based in EMEA.
