Job Description

Manage daily social media postings using tools such as Sprinklr and Sprout Social. Foster relationships with customers and advocates. Establish listening and reporting mechanisms for diverse groups. Work with partner, sales, and product teams. Engage in two-way communication with customers, partners, and employees. Serve as a connection between the community and the product/customer service departments. Analyze key performance indicators using analytics platforms.

Qualifications

1. Extensive background in social media and community management. 2. Expertise in platforms like LinkedIn, X, Meta, and TikTok. 3. Experience moderating online forums like Reddit or Discord. 4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. 5. Previous involvement within a global hub-and-spoke content model.
