Senior Staff Engineer – Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Staff Engineer, leading Salesforce development. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. Work closely with business analysts and developers to implement, integrate, and maintain our Salesforce.com CRM. You will be responsible for scoping projects, estimating effort, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and Salesforce coding standards. Lead the creation of technical documentation, architecture, and design for deployment and integration. Communicate with technology teams and coordinate onshore and offshore development support. Your goal is to provide timely, high-quality solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. 8-10 years of experience on the Force.com platform, including 4-6 end-to-end implementation projects. 2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce OOB functionality, custom objects and fields, page layouts, workflow & process builder, approval processes, security implementation, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, and dashboards. 3. Proficiency in process flow and email generation based on application needs. 4. Experience in application customization and development, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Apex (classes and triggers). 5. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, SOAP, and REST APIs. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle. 7. Familiarity with tools like Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, and Bitbucket Version Control. 8. Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between Salesforce environments. 9. Experience managing a team of 4-6 members. 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
