Deploying and maintaining AI agents in production environments. 6. Optimizing agents for performance and cost efficiency. 7. Debugging agent behavior using testing and feedback loops. 8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams. 9. Writing clean, scalable backend code. 10. Staying updated with AI/LLM trends and agent frameworks.

Qualifications

Key requirements for the Senior Staff Engineer role include: 1. 7.5 – 9 years of total experience. 2. Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python. 3. Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI/ML services. 4. Experience with LLM application frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar). 5. Strong experience in API development and system integration. 6. Experience building backend systems and scalable architectures. 7. Solid understanding of data structures and distributed systems. 8. Familiarity with cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, and observability tools. 9. Experience with LLM tools/providers and AI-assisted development (Good to Have). 10. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
