Senior Sourcing Manager – Sourcing Management
Job Description
Take the lead in crafting and implementing global category strategies within Professional Services, focusing on areas like Consulting, Financial, and Legal Services. Establish, guide, and nurture a top-tier global category management team. Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives throughout the entire sourcing lifecycle, encompassing strategy development, market research, RFX execution, vendor selection, negotiation, contract drafting, and buy channel management. Cultivate robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust, influencing decisions, and achieving key business objectives. Collaborate with Business Unit Category Management teams to ensure cohesive global category strategies, sourcing priorities, and policy adherence. Champion cost-effectiveness and drive annual productivity gains across designated categories. Manage suppliers and monitor performance to enhance value, improve service delivery, and ensure business continuity with consulting, financial, and legal service providers. Oversee category strategies and master service agreement (MSA) frameworks for assigned spend categories, particularly Legal Services. Direct cross-functional teams on strategic sourcing initiatives and category-specific projects. Track category performance, monitor implementation, and confirm the realization of business benefits. Promote best practices in sourcing, standardization, and continuous improvement across the category portfolio. Utilize market intelligence, benchmarking, analytics, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
1. Extensive experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, or related consulting within Finance or professional services. 2. Proven leadership in organizational, process, and cultural transformation. 3. Demonstrated experience engaging with senior executives and ELT leadership. 4. Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category strategy development. 5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. 6. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with significant experience in the job family group/function), or equivalent experience/knowledge.
