Job Description
Become a subject matter expert on Toast products, extensible tools, and integrated partners. Serve as a trusted partner to Enterprise Sales Representatives. Translate business objectives into customized solutions that meet client needs. Travel nationally to showcase Toast solutions to key decision-makers. Effectively articulate the value of a complete solution to different buying personas. Collaborate closely with the Toast product development team. Leverage your restaurant industry insights to advise prospective clients. Participate in strategic planning and execution of customer conferences with the marketing team.
Qualifications
1. Hospitality, POS Knowledge or related industry experience is essential. 2. Experience with multi-location brands, enterprise/franchise IT systems, or intricate organizational structures is highly advantageous. 3. Willingness to travel 30% or more to meet business needs. 4. Exceptional presentation abilities, including executive presence and the capability to communicate complex products and concepts clearly. 5. Highly collaborative approach, functioning as a reliable partner to sales, onboarding, and product teams. 6. Solid grasp of APIs; coding abilities are not a prerequisite. 7. Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated by effectively managing a multi-stage pipeline of high-touch transactions while upholding strong ownership and follow-through. 8. Capable of managing intricate customer communications smoothly while maintaining elevated levels of customer satisfaction. 9. Proficient problem-solving/troubleshooting capabilities.
