Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will: - Lead in-depth technical explorations to grasp the unique challenges, pressing issues, and desired outcomes of customers, ensuring that proposed solutions are perfectly aligned with their overarching business goals. - Champion value-centric sales strategies, effectively conveying Neo4j's distinct advantages and demonstrating a clear return on investment for both technical experts and business decision-makers. - Take ownership of the pre-sales process, delivering compelling presentations, live demonstrations, and well-structured competitive analyses. - Accurately map customer needs to the relevant functionalities of Neo4j's product suite. - Create impactful proof-of-value (PoV) demonstrations and prototypes that highlight concrete business results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1. 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles. 2. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study. 3. Experience collaborating with partners, including major cloud providers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and system integrators. 4. The ability to work independently within a global, cross-functional organization. 5. Willingness to travel to meet with customers and engage with partners as required.
