Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Solutions Consultant, where you'll play a vital role in pre-sales by providing technical guidance and professional services insights. You will conduct client needs assessments to develop customized solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide training and support on our innovative platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation, build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, and stay updated on industry trends. As a recognized expert, you will identify opportunities for improvement, both with customers and internally, contributing to LexisNexis's success.
Qualifications
1. Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience. 2. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. 3. Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts involving multiple integrated products. 4. Ability to work collaboratively while remaining self-directed. 5. Proven ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges. 6. Ability to guide and train others in solution architecture and proposal development. 7. Background in consulting or professional services. 8. Technical proficiency in identity & anti-fraud technologies, behavioral biometrics, networking, and/or InfoSec a plus. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business applications, including Salesforce or other sales management tools.
