Senior Solutions Consultant – Health

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to bolster our Health sales team. Your mission includes leading the development and maintenance of compelling sales demo environments and materials. You will empower the sales force with impactful client success stories, detailed KPI analyses, and insightful reports that showcase the tangible ROI achieved by our clients. Participate actively in sales engagements by delivering product demonstrations and providing technical expertise to address product-related inquiries. Spearhead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, aiming to convert them into productive, long-term client relationships. You'll expertly address questions spanning from the technical aspects of ML models to the practicalities of implementation tasks and milestones. Lead discovery sessions with potential clients to map out their underwriting processes and pinpoint opportunities for operational and financial improvements. Validate findings in reports and presentations, effectively conveying the value proposition of Gradient AI's solutions. Give guidance on the technical facets of implementations to ensure alignment between Statements of Work, client objectives, and team delivery expectations. Contribute to internal projects that drive further organizational product development.

Qualifications

1. 6+ years of experience in health underwriting or actuarial roles, including stop loss, underwriting, and/or pricing. 2. ASA or FSA certification required. 3. Commercial/employer group health experience is essential. 4. Proficiency in Excel and experience with PowerPoint or similar presentation tools. 5. Prior experience collaborating with sales teams and engaging in client-facing activities is a plus.
