Join Unanet as a Senior Solutions Architect and play a pivotal role in pre-sales, offering functional and technical insights. Translate business needs into effective solutions, promoting optimal practices across our product suite. Utilize your expertise to analyze client operations, crafting impactful solutions with third-party integrations. Convert requirements into product configurations, ensuring successful large-scale implementations. Partner with Consulting and Customer Success teams to provide deployment support, resolve complex escalations, and protect customer relationships. Craft custom reports, identify expansion opportunities, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor the implementation team. Become a key driver of Unanet's continued success.

Qualifications

1. Possess over 5 years of experience in multi-phase ERP implementations, preferably in complex enterprise environments. 2. Demonstrate 5+ years of consulting experience or leadership of consultants, achieving utilization targets. 3. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels, including executives. 5. Craft and articulate strategic solutions that align technology with business goals. 6. Have in-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices for ERP or related enterprise applications. 7. Exhibit broad product and industry experience across ERP, CRM, and PSA SaaS products, and customer industries like GovCon, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction. 8. Be willing to travel to support customer engagements, team collaboration, and events.
