Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description

Atreides is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to spearhead the architecture and delivery of petabyte-scale big data platforms in support of critical defense and intelligence missions. This role involves designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion to delivery of data products. You will architect analytic workflows that convert commercial data into actionable intelligence, integrating diverse data sources to enhance intelligence analysis and threat assessment. Act as the technical authority, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring secure, compliant solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience in designing and delivering big data and analytics solutions for U.S. government, defense, or intelligence clients. 2. Proven expertise with large-scale data pipelines and distributed data platforms, including cloud-native and hybrid architectures. 3. Strong background in analytics, intelligence workflows, and data transformation. 4. Experience integrating commercial data sources with government data holdings. 5. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 6. Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data tooling (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Palantir). 7. Active TS/SCI clearance (or eligibility). 8. Cloud Solutions Architect certification or equivalent experience. 9. Experience with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps pipelines. 10. Background in geospatial, network, or signals-related data domains.
