Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Solutions Architect and lead the technical vision and execution of an Air Force integration platform on Google Cloud, Apigee, and Kubernetes. You'll design and guide the implementation of scalable and secure cloud architectures, collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions. Provide hands-on leadership, contribute to implementation, and ensure solutions meet mission needs and timelines. Your expertise will drive decisions across cloud architecture, system design, and service integrations, delivering practical solutions and clear documentation.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role 2. Experience designing and building enterprise cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) 3. Strong experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments (Kubectl, Helm) 4. Strong programming ability in a typed language (Java, Kotlin, C#, etc.) 5. Experience designing and operating cloud-based and distributed systems 6. Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows 7. Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, etc.) 8. Professional-level cloud architecture certification, preferably Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect 9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders 10. Ability to work independently with clients while also collaborating effectively with engineering teams
