Senior Solution Engineer

Job Description

Engage in sales opportunities and actively participate in customer meetings. Work closely with Senior Account Executives to address customers’ needs. Act as the primary liaison to internal Delivery and Strategic Services teams. Deliver compelling presentations on Rimini Street’s services and support model. Develop comprehensive scoping requirements to ensure successful project implementations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Possess 12 to 15 years' experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering or Solution Architect role within any applications, technology, or database ecosystem (software and/or Services). 2. Demonstrated success in a consultative selling environment. 3. Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting complex ERP applications. 4. Proven track record partnering with Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle. 5. Experience with full-lifecycle software implementations.
