Senior Solution Consultant – South Europe

Job Description

Engage with both prospective and current customers as a trusted advisor, leading the 'develop the solution' phase of sales campaigns. Build shared visions with prospects and collaborate with top-tier customers to strategize their growth. Analyze data to achieve technical wins and work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Professional Services. Travel to nurture customer relationships.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5+ years of Enterprise pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience. 2. Must be proficient in English, French, and Italian. 3. Requires knowledge of APIs, Integrations (XML), and Flat File processes. 4. Requires knowledge of Facilities space. 5. Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel. 6. Requires critical thinking skills for collecting and interpreting data to strategize outcomes. 7. Requires experience at a well-regarded Enterprise software provider. 8. Requires skills in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. 9. Must have permissions to travel between UK and EU countries.
