Job Description

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive enterprise modernization within Federal health and financial sectors. This role involves executing corporate business development strategies and architecting solutions that integrate legacy transformation, cloud adoption, workflow automation, data platforms, and AI capabilities across the VA and Federal healthcare environments. The architect will translate strategic priorities and operational pain points into technical architectures and modernization strategies. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, supporting capture activities, authoring technical proposals, and collaborating with leadership to refine solution accelerators. Additionally, the role involves integrating leading-edge platforms, identifying technical capability gaps, and representing Trilogy's solution vision in customer engagements. The ideal candidate will balance innovation with implementation realism, considering adoption constraints and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field. 2. 10+ years of business development experience, including capturing federal healthcare opportunities at VA, DHA, HHS, and other Federal, State, and Local government organizations. 3. Understanding of, and experience with, the Federal procurement process and regulations (e.g., FAR) 4. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences. 5. Ability to work and execute a quick reaction process for Task Order identification, customer engagement, and Task Order proposal response. 6. Proven self-starter with a high degree of discipline and attention to detail. Must be results driven while retaining relationship equity, participating in all aspects of a complete capture that results in the award of programs. 7. Demonstrated ability to proactively execute the business development function collaboratively with operational and functional leadership. 8. Working knowledge and experience operating within a Shipley business development and capture framework.
