Join Coupa as a Senior Solution Architect and lead professional services projects with some of the world's largest companies. As the Solution Manager, you'll ensure continuity across platform functions and solution architects. Your primary responsibilities include: * Leading customer implementations, advocating for industry and technology best practices. * Partnering with engagement managers to provide design leadership and accountability. * Fostering relationships with key customer stakeholders. * Driving decision-making and creating materials to support project progress. * Coaching talent to ensure the right skills mix for customer success. * Expanding your knowledge of Coupa and the source-to-pay lifecycle. * Collaborating with documentation and product management teams to enhance content and product development. * Engaging customers in business need discussions. * Following Coupa's implementation methodology and working effectively in both individual and team environments.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Solution Architect, you'll need: 1. Experience managing professional services teams or consulting projects. 2. 7+ years of experience in a consultative, project-oriented environment. 3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and passionate setting. 4. A strong team success mentality and customer success focus. 5. Deep experience in Coupa products and source-to-pay processes. 6. Familiarity with project management principles for software implementations. 7. Strong problem-solving skills to simplify complex business challenges. 8. Excellent client management and communication skills. 9. Experience with competing applications like Ariba, Ivalua, or Jaggaer. 10. Proficiency in configuring and delivering software demonstrations. 11. Skill in building workshop plans and facilitating workshops to achieve desired outcomes.
