Seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to spearhead the technological advancement of our digital prescription product. This role demands ensuring stability, usability, and robust security across all critical workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product teams, enhancing the physician user experience and driving operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities include: 1. Leading engineering teams, elevating technical standards, and fostering delivery maturity. 2. Advancing architecture with a focus on reliability, performance, and minimizing latency. 3. Championing software engineering excellence through implementing best practices, rigorous testing, and comprehensive observability. 4. Contributing to technical governance and ecosystem simplification. 5. Ensuring strict compliance and safeguarding sensitive data, especially within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can: 1. Demonstrate proven experience in leading engineering teams focused on critical digital products. 2. Exhibit a strong foundation in software quality, reliability, and observability. 3. Showcase experience with modern architectures, such as microservices and event-driven systems. 4. Have experience with application security and the protection of sensitive data. 5. Possess the ability to work closely with Product teams, maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
