Shape the future as a Senior Software Engineer! Join us to design and build the Solver framework, architecting algorithms and execution strategies for solver competition and intent-ready execution workflows. Drive technical excellence through code and design reviews, ensuring high engineering standards. Collaborate with product, research, and ecosystem partners to align Solver capabilities with the NEAR Intents roadmap. Guarantee performance at scale with low-latency and high-throughput execution across chains. Innovate Solver economics by shaping incentive structures and cryptoeconomic models to grow Solver participation. Balance leadership with hands-on coding and real-time problem-solving.

Qualifications

1. Requires 7+ years of software engineering experience. 2. Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure. 3. Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics. 4. Must have fluency in Typescript and Go. Experience in Rust is a plus. 5. Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams. 6. Strong ability to abstract complexity and drive challenges to resolution. 7. Comfort in ambiguity and a delight in solving hard problems.
