Job Description

Become a vital part of our team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll take full ownership of features from inception to deployment. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and ensuring smooth operation in a production environment. You will craft clean, well-tested code using Python and React, actively participating in code reviews to maintain code quality. Design robust APIs and seamless integrations between systems. Collaborate with experts to translate business needs into functional software. Contribute to key technical decisions, navigate the challenges of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adeptly troubleshoot production issues to enhance system reliability. As a collaborative member, you'll work remotely with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of experience in software engineering. 2. Exhibit strong proficiency in Python and possess experience with React in a production setting. 3. Demonstrate experience in building and deploying production applications on AWS. 4. Expertise in API design and integration patterns. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to document decisions effectively. 7. Availability for periodic travel to Nevada (approximately 1 week per quarter).
