Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning

Job Description

Join SmarterDx as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to deploy and maintain ML models and pipelines in production. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into our platform. Develop MLOps tools, optimize model performance, and contribute to the design of our ML systems.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or MLOps. 2. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow) and data manipulation (e.g., pandas, Polars, SQL). 3. Experience deploying and managing ML models in production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). 4. Understanding of CI/CD best practices for machine learning. 5. Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and their machine learning services. 6. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., CDK, Terraform) and configuration management tools. 7. Strong understanding of data engineering and architecture principles. 8. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
