Senior Software Engineer III

Job Description

Ad Hoc LLC is looking for a Senior Software Engineer III to join our team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll contribute to development tasks including coding, requirements gathering, and analysis. You will also refine your technical and communication skills to enhance context knowledge and guide junior developers. The role includes diagnosing and resolving issues with owned systems, participating in on-call rotations, and presenting your work to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll take part in planning sessions, deepen your understanding of major architectures and design patterns, and support recruiting by assessing homework and assisting with interviews. You will also influence team engineering processes and practices, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business and the customer problems we solve.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree. 2. 5+ years of engineering experience. 3. Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education. 4. Progressive experience with relevant technologies. 5. Understands roles with which they interact and how their work impacts business goals.
