Senior Software Engineer, Clinical Experience

Job Description

Dandy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and implement full-stack features, enhancing Dandy's products with security and performance in mind. Collaborate with Product Management, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality output in an agile environment. Advocate for product improvements in quality, security, and performance. Address technical challenges of moderate complexity and craft code that adheres to internal standards and best practices. Identify and resolve technical debt, propose solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, delivering excellent digital lab experiences for Dandy's customers.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth startup. 2. Ability to understand business functions and address bottlenecks through engineering solutions. 3. A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset. 4. Ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose iterative solutions clearly. 5. Comfortable working in a highly agile, iterative software development process. 6. Experience owning a project from concept to production. 7. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. 8. Ability to thrive in a remote-first setup. 9. Experience with TypeScript and its ecosystem. 10. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and/or event-based architectures. 11. Experience with iOS and Android mobile app development.
