Qualifications

1. Possess 4+ years of proven experience in developing back-end services and applications. 2. Have expertise in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and/or other object-oriented programming languages. 3. Demonstrate experience working with microservices, distributed systems, real-time streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis), and databases (e.g., Postgres, Redis, Aerospike). 4. Exhibit strong skills in object-oriented design, API design, data modeling, and coding. 5. Have a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms. 6. Show a proven history of implementing and adhering to robust engineering practices through active coding.
