Senior Social Media Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence. This role involves creating and publishing daily content across multiple platforms, including Instagram (minimum 5 posts/day), LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook (at least 1 post/day). You will edit raw and finished footage, design graphics using Figma, and write engaging copy for various formats. You will also manage the content calendar from ideation to publishing, engage with community members and affiliates, track performance metrics, and develop platform strategies tied to US audience behavior.

Qualifications

1. 3-6+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on the US market. 2. Proven copywriting skills with a strong portfolio of social copy across platforms. 3. Experience managing high-volume posting schedules on multiple platforms. 4. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent). 5. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent). 6. Familiarity with AI content and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Canva AI). 7. Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later). 8. Experience building social strategies tied to marketing or membership campaigns. 9. Understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok.
