Senior Scrum Master

Job Description

Medavie is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum events, support complex initiatives, and mentor Agile teams. This role involves identifying and resolving risks, monitoring team progress, and fostering collaboration between technology teams, business partners, and stakeholders. The Senior Scrum Master will also contribute to broader conversations around Agile maturity and process improvement.

Qualifications

1. A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile environment. 3. Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting teams. 4. Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices. 5. Proven coaching, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. 6. Experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Miro). 7. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 8. English proficiency. 9. Must have Security Clearance Requirement: Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
