Senior Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be the technical point person for complex issues, with the VP delegating tasks to you. You'll handle platform configurations and developments, lead development standards (Apex, LWC, design patterns, test coverage), and architect data for high-volume environments. You'll also manage integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns, optimize performance and governor limits, and spearhead DevOps strategies (CI/CD, branching, environments, Copado/Git). Evaluating and implementing integration platforms (like MuleSoft or Workato), ensuring security architecture (SSO, OAuth, Shield, Named Credentials), performing code and technical design reviews, mentoring junior Salesforce Administrators, collaborating with the Functional Architect, and developing quality technical documentation are also crucial aspects of this role.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years in Salesforce as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role. 2. Professional degree in IT, Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3. English: C1 level.
