Senior Salesforce Service Cloud

Job Description

CI&T is looking for a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing robust solutions using APEX, SOQL, and SOSL. You will build dynamic user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and apply DevSecOps practices to ensure development security and efficiency. You will develop REST APIs in Apex, ensuring high performance and security, and implement and manage API security concerns, including authentication, authorization, and API Gateway. Further, you'll use Salesforce tools such as Flow, Experience Cloud, and Lightning App Builder to optimize processes, collaborate with stakeholders to understand and incorporate business rules into development, and serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in Salesforce development with a backend focus. 2. Proficiency in APEX, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC. 3. Knowledge of deployments and code promotion within the Salesforce environment. 4. Knowledge of AWS to perform integrations and consume external data. 5. Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Experience Cloud, and Lightning App Builder. 6. Ability to challenge and deeply understand business processes. 7. Prior experience in financial environments, especially financial products, treasury, or foreign exchange and derivatives, is a plus. 8. Salesforce certifications are a plus. 9. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as the role will operate within a mixed squad working closely with client personnel.
